Validity of vouchers:<br \/>&#8211; All vouchers issued by the Cosmopolitan Hotel have an expiry date which must be adhered to. <br \/>This period is clearly indicated on the voucher itself.<br \/>&#8211; In order to use the voucher, the guest must present it at the reception.<\/p>\n<p>2. Reservations:<br \/>&#8211; Guests who wish to use vouchers must make a reservation in advance.<br \/>&#8211; Reservations must be made by phone or in person at the front desk.<\/p>\n<p>3. Use of voucher:<br \/>&#8211; Vouchers can only be used to cover costs related to the accommodation and additional services offered by the hotel, in accordance with the conditions stated on the voucher.<br \/>&#8211; If the value of the services ordered by the guest exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid in addition.<\/p>\n<p>4. Restrictions:<br \/>&#8211; Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.<br \/>&#8211; Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be returned after the expiry date.<br \/>&#8211; Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person without the written consent of the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>5. Cancellation of voucher use:<br \/>&#8211; If the guest decides not to utilize their voucher, they must notify the hotel in advance and adhere to the cancellation or change requirements.<\/p>\n<p>6.
